Customer account

Customers must provide accurate registration details and keep their login credentials secure.

Products and orders

Product availability, pricing, taxes, shipping charges and delivery timelines will be confirmed during checkout.

Privacy and communication

Customer contact information will be used for account, order, support and permitted marketing communication.

Customer account inactivity and data cleanup

Customer accounts that have no successful sign-in for 90 days are scheduled for cleanup. A reminder may be sent 15 days before deletion. Open orders are protected. Customer profile and saved-address information is deleted, while completed transaction records are retained with personal information anonymized for accounting and audit continuity.

Acceptance

By selecting the agreement checkbox during registration, the customer confirms acceptance of the published terms, privacy policy and customer account retention policy.
